
Returns & Refunds
If you want to return your products due to a problem (cargo damage, manufacturing defect, right of withdrawal, etc.) arising from your products after receiving your order, you must create a return request from the My Orders section within 14 days at the latest from the date you received the products, obtain a cargo return code, and submit your return request to Yurtiçi Kargo by writing it on the invoice. When sending the products to us, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the issues under the "Return Conditions" heading below. After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant units and approval will be given for its return. This process takes an average of 5-10 business days.
What are the return conditions?
- You must return the product to us in its original packaging, undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of usage error.
- You are obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, and if used, to pay for any loss in commercial value of the product due to use.
- Once your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant units and approval will be given for return. This process takes approximately 5-10 business days.
Will I pay for return shipping?
If you choose the cargo company that we have an agreement with and that delivers the product to you, you will not pay a shipping fee. You can send it free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo. If you choose a cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo for return, the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.
How many days does it take to return?
The return period is 14 days from the date you receive the product, according to the "Right of Withdrawal Without Giving a Reason" article in the Consumer Law. In case of returns due to any defect arising from the product, you can return the product you purchased within thirty days from the date of delivery.
How long does it take for the refund to be reflected in my account after the return?
The products you return are checked for compliance with the return conditions. You will be notified by e-mail when your return is accepted and your refund is made by us. The time it takes for the return to be reflected in your account is determined by the bank and we cannot intervene.
