Will I pay fees for shipping?
You do not pay shipping fees for your purchases.
When will my purchases be shipped?
Products with the Fast Delivery label are shipped within 24 hours at the latest, excluding weekends and public holidays. Other orders are shipped within an average of 4 business days with Yurtiçi Kargo . The time it takes for your order to reach you may vary depending on the accuracy of your delivery address and the city of delivery. You can learn the average delivery times by entering the " Where is my Yurtiçi Kargo " section on the cargo company's website or get support from our customer relations.
When will my product be shipped during discount periods?
Due to the intensity experienced during discount periods, the shipping time varies between 7-15 business days.
How can I track the shipping information of my order?
You can track the shipping process of your order by viewing your order on the "My Account" page and under the "My Orders" heading. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.
I want to change my order delivery address, how can I do it?
You can change your order address from the " My Addresses " section on the "My Account" page or you can define your new address by selecting the "I Want to Define a New Address" button during the purchasing process. This address will be used as the delivery address for your next order from that moment on. You can change the delivery address for the relevant order during the ordering process. However, this change will not be reflected on the "My Account" page and only applies to the relevant order.
What can I do if I do not receive my order?
The cargo company will deliver your order to the address you specified. If you are not at your address, the person delivering your cargo will leave a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch. You can track the status of your cargo by clicking on the "Cargo Tracking" link in the "My Orders" section on the "My Account" page.
What is the Express Delivery time?
Express Delivery is only valid for products marked "Express Delivery". If all the products in the basket are in this form, your order will be supplied on the first business day and shipped on the same day. If there are products in the basket that are not included in Express Delivery, the shipping time will be the standard shipping time.
